主に3DCGを軸に映像やグラフィックの制作・提供を行い、 ミュージックビデオやグラフィックデザイン、VJなど幅広い分野で活動中. 近年は、自分の内的世界から生み出されたabstractで流動的な視覚表現によって、他者が内省や内向する旅に迎えるような装置としての映像やgraphicを研究中. また、様々な表現媒体によってセッションにより人とinnerな交差するのを楽しむ.
作品
The project was an experimental process in which ITOAOI created the visuals purely based on the "sound" of the track, imagining and interpreting it through sensory perception. Due to the lack of linguistic constraints, the work evokes a sense of space resonating with the sounds themselves, the overflowing continuity of sound, and the feeling of sounds trapped within. These elements were translated into ITOAOI’s high-purity, subjective imagery and movements. This piece represents the "individuality" that emerged when ITOAOI translated the subjective and sensory images evoked by the music into a visual expression, and how that "resonated" (linked) with the sounds created by Japanese Footsteps—an exploration of the sensory communication between the two. Linkは、アルバム名とタップ音が使われる曲であることのみが共有され、事前情報を極力排除され制作されている。音自体やそれらの“カンジ”を感受し、より感覚的に接近する－主観的に捉えた映像となっている。 音(音楽)から受ける主観／感覚的なイメージ、それを視覚的に表現していく際に生まれる、その人らしさ（個人性？）。それらがnakanome somaの生み出した楽曲とどのように「共鳴（Link）」したのかを探る感覚的なコミュニケーションであり、実験でもある。 ｛Credit｝ Movie by ITOAOI Sound by Souma Nakanome ©︎ 2024 Middle Field Eye Records
